Radha Curpen

Currently Group Head of ESG and Sustainability at McMillan LLP and the firm's first-ever National Client Relationship Ambassador, Radha has advised some of North America's largest energy, mining, and infrastructure companies. Born in Mauritius and raised in Winnipeg, she is bilingual (French and English), called to the bar in four jurisdictions (Manitoba, Ontario, New York, and British Columbia), and is the Past Chair of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. In 2025, she received the YWCA Women of Distinction Award in the Business & the Professions category.
